Because if regulation is ever passed to control media at the local level in the mediums of radio and television, you can absolutely bet your booties Cass Sunstein will start promoting his ideas for Internet Sidewalks on the web.? Or what Adam Thierer rightfully labeled “Fairness Doctrine for the Internet“.
